DIRECTIONS

 

Ceilidh Cottages is located near the West Mabou Beach Provincial Park and the community of Mabou.

If driving from mainland Nova Scotia:When crossing the Canso Causeway on to Cape Breton Island take the exit on the traffic rotary to Route 19, the Ceilidh Trail. Drive north on Route 19. You will pass communities such as Judique and Port Hood. After about 55 kms (45 minutes) you will arrive in Mabou. Turn left at Little Mabou Road and drive about 4 kms. Look for us on the left at the intersection with New Rocky Ridge Road.

If arriving from eastern Cape Breton, take the 105 Highway (Trans Canada) to Whycocomagh. Turn right onto Route 252 to Mabou. When you come to the end of the 252, you need to turn left towards central Mabou and continue on for a few minutes until you see Little Mabou Road on your right. Travel down Little Mabou Road for about 4 kms and look for us on the left at the intersection with New Rocky Ridge Road.
